TT 2019

« on: March 12, 2019, 10:13:48 AM »
So yesterday the Steam Packet ferry company apparently released any ferry bookings, that hadn't been paid for in full. So I was looking at dates that fit around what I was working.

Unfortunately I was struggling to make it work. But then I was looking at a page that was advertising various packages. Including a 1day trip to the Superbike race on Saturday 1st june, 269 did seem a bit pricey, even though you got a grandstand ticket included.

So I had another look at the ferry tickets, and I've managed to book the same crossings as the package for 62. So I'm going to the TT for the 1st time. It's gonna be a bloody long day, but I can't wait 😀

Me too.
That's obviously the risk of only going for the day, if the weather is poor and anything gets postponed. I'm sure I can find ways of entertaining myself for the day.
