Accessing LancsBiker from a mobile

« on: February 13, 2012, 10:09:58 PM »
I've recently installed the Tapatalk system onto the LancsBiker Forum.  For those of you that have a smartphone, you can install the Tapatalk app (which i've got to say is chargeable - 1.99 on Android) and access LB with ease!

If you do think about installing Tapatalk, there are a multitude of other forums that you can access with it (so you're not just spending your 1.99 on here!).
Regards,
Leigh

And please note, Leigh is not savvy enough for any of these proceeds to go to ourselves, they go to the bloody andriod developers (whom aren't clever enough to develop for Apple iOS :) )

wtf is tapatalk?

It's an app for your phone/mobile device that makes viewing and using the forum easier (rather than messing trying to click fiddly little links and what-not on your phone screen)
Its software used for lots of forums these days - Just keeping up with the technological age Roy!  8) ;D lol

I like your style Martin!  8)

There's no pressure to get it mate, it's just that some people already have it and use it for browsing other forums, so it just makes us that little more 'accessible'. And as Leigh stated to me yesterday, the site get's put on the directory of the forums which support the software, so a little more advertising as well.

You will get a prompt on the screen when you visit from a mobile, asking if you want to download the software, you can always click no, and it won't keep asking you every time you refresh the page  ;D
