Thursday 23/3.

« on: March 19, 2017, 04:09:34 PM »
With the weather forecast to be dry from Wednesday for a number of days, I'm planning on meeting up with Paul (FPM), on Thursday.
Probably have a bite of lunch Lytham or Blackpool area.
If anyone wishes to join us, they are most welcome.

I've just returned from work. Sadly I'm now required to work Thursday. I was hoping for Wednesday and Thursday off, having worked Saturday and Sunday. Alas, no.

Yep, I'm a bit like Ossianuk - I need to get to work on bike re-assembly.
Pulled it apart and fixed the broken bits.
Started putting it back together.
Realised the topbox doesn't go on the handlebar.

I'll have you know I've ridden both my bikes today.
To and from work on the Tiger. I then rode the viffer out of the garage and spent late afternoon fitting the heated grips and power supply for the satnav. The biggest job is removing and refitting the side fairing. The Honda plug in power supply terminal is located behind the left fairing.
Those fairing panels look great, with no visible fixings. But what a faf to remove and refit.
All done now. No further jobs or additions required. She's ready to tour. I gave her a quick few mikes run just to verify everything functioned.
