I'm considering a Sealey MC365 hydraulic lift. I've had enough of crawling around on a cold garage floor, my knees just can't take it any more. Anyone got experience of them?

The church organist, Miss Beatrice, a spinster in her eighties, was admired for her sweetness and kindness to all.

One afternoon the vicar came to call and she showed him into her quaint sitting room. She invited him to have a seat while she prepared tea.

As he sat facing her ancient Hammond organ, he noticed a cut glass bowl full of water sitting on top of it. In the water floated a condom!

When she returned with tea and scones, they began to chat. The vicar tried to stifle his curiosity about the bowl of water and its strange floater but soon it got the better of him and he could no longer resist.

"Miss Beatrice", he said, "I wonder if you would tell me about this, pointing to the bowl."

"Oh, yes," she replied, "Isn't it wonderful?"

"I was walking through the park a few months ago and I found this little package on the ground. The directions said to place it on the organ, keep it wet, and it would prevent the spread of disease."

"Do you know I haven't had the flu all winter?"

As of last September I have been without a bike. I had a plan to replace the Strom and as a result tomorrow morning I'm picking up a 16 plate Yamaha Super Tenere. I decided I needed something more my size and this fits me well. I had considered other bikes but the Yam ticked the most boxes, the most important being its perceived reliability and also the shaft drive. The arrow exhaust system is the first thing I'm going to replace on it, the noise would drive me mad on a long trip. Other than that the bike is a belter and I'm looking forward to getting back out on the road...once the weather warms up!
